Little did I know that years ago when I fell in love with a particular underwear and sports bra, that they'd get me through my entire future pregnancy also.

I was told by several different people that at some point in my pregnancy, I would have to trade in my cute lacy thong for a more comfortable underwear that provides more coverage. That just seemed like such a waste of money and although I gained the most weight (outside of in my belly region) in my hips, ass and thighs, I'm so glad that I never had to purchase new undies... because the ones that I've always worn are one-size-fits-all, ridiculously comfortable and always on sale!
I have mentioned these sports bras before, in my 12 Things I Can't Live Without post, and still swear by everything in that post... especially these sports bras! Whether I'm working out, lounging at home or out and about in a sundress, they are the #1 staple item in my wardrobe. Although I already owned a bazillion of them in different colors, due to my growing girls, I was forced to purchase new ones sized up. Below are the exact 3 packs (6 total) that I bought to get me through my pregnancy. I got a girl friend hooked on them a while back and shes's told me that they're easy to breast feed in as well.
I love both of these items too. the fantastic thing about the lace underwear is they are never tight and those sports bras, i could live in.
ReplyDeleteOoh those undies look like hanky panky ones that I love but are so much cheaper. Thanks for the tip!!
ReplyDeleteI am totally going to be buying those undies!
ReplyDeleteI am going to check out those panties, they look like a cheaper "Lacie" from Vickies! I love comfortable lace thongs too.
ReplyDeleteI'm totally going to check out those undies!!
ReplyDeleteI only bought one "nursing bra" for when I was actually needing to wear a real bra. The rest of the time I lived in those sports bras, and they were great to nurse in, and really comfy to sleep in. I swore by them! Why waste money on those expensive nursing bras when this works so well! :)
ReplyDeleteI definitely had to stop wearing my thongs and I am obsessed with hanes hipsters instead. Never thought I'd see that day! Those sports bras look SO comfy but I can never find a sports bra that supports a large chest well. :(
ReplyDeleteAt almost 35 weeks, I'm still wearing my Victoria's Secret thongs, but the Pink ones with the lace on top. I think I've stretched them out a bit, but they still fit!! The only new undies I'll be buying will be granny panties for the after birth!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat size sports bra did you purchase? I know you're bigger chested, like close to my size, and I can't find any that are comfortable or don't make my boobs look weird!
I wore my hanky panky thongs through out my whole pregnancy!! No granny panties here for me- I've only wore them post partum b/c I have to but I can't wait to get back into my thongs again.
ReplyDeleteGood to know on the undies. I just had to buy new ones at 28 weeks. Getting too tight!
ReplyDeleteI loved those bras while and after pregnant! Great for breastfeeding!
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely going to check out these! :)
ReplyDeleteit's all so pretty!
