I took a taxi straight from the airport to have lunch with my mom at Oak Creek Golf Club I went to Ed's senior prom with him back in the day. Side note: He went to the same high school as all of the RHOOC's kids and he graduated with Carsen Palmer, qb for the Bengals. Matt Leinhart also graduated from his high school.
Clearly I got myself some Coffee Bean! My parents lemon tree
After a fun afternoon of shopping, my parents and I went out for dinner and drinks
View of Main Beach from our table (notice our table umbrella... yep, great view!)
I hate being a tourist in my hometown. Hate. It. But for blogging purposes I took myself out of my comfort zone. You're wlecome! Dolphins migrating south
My parents eating...
The next day I headed to Huntington to meet up with Bryan's mom for lunch
On our way down the pier we stopped at Tracy's bench for Sharyn to leave a rose.My brother and his family were out of town during my visit so although I wasn't able to see them, I did get to love up on their dog, who my parents were watching. We snuggled every night. I thought he was cold, so I even tucked him in one night. He's such a cutie pie!
beautiful place to live. it looks like you had a great visit home. your dog is so adorable!

LOVE Las Brisas! My bubby and I were down there a few weeks ago for happy hour and the view. Perfection!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, so jealous of the pool! I was literally born in water and I've been a water lover my entire life. Oregon isn't swimming weather all the time so during school years my dad would take me to the community pool one night every single week so we could swim, and during the summer the only reason I wasn't in a kiddie pool or body of water was if I had to go to the bathroom or make food. I literally would take my lunch and eat it on a float, laying in the water!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! And um, hello awesome pool!
ReplyDeleteOK seriously I am jealous of your entire week!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI am sure you went to coffee bean a few times yes? LOL
That plate of onions/cheese/tomatoes/avocado whatever it is looks delicious!!!!

God I wish I lived in aplave like that. So pretty, it seems like it would be impossible to ever be in a bad mood.
ReplyDeleteAnd also - I hate the auto correct. *a place, not aplave. Ugh.
