EEEEEK!! It's all so insanely exciting!
During the weeks between the 1st appointment and this appointment Bryan and I talked about a lot and noted every change we wanted to make and every question we had.
We went into this final appointment feeling pretty prepared.
Bryan and I sat down with the design consultant and reviewed all of the choices we made at our 1st appointment.
It was so fun looking over all of our decisions and confirming that we made some super awesome choices.
But we did make some last minute design changes, upgrades and many structural changes.
It's odd to be sitting in a room full of appliances, wood and granite options, lighting, paint color, edging, outlet placement and so much more... they have so many options for everything... we have to pick 1........ and these decisions are so important..... we'll be living with them for years, so not only will these choices affect us in the coming years, but we'll be living with them 10 years from now too. No pressure or anything!
Remember my Valentine's Day post? Yep, we did this on V-Day! ... I just kept my little trap shut, HA!)
Guess what brick we chose?Building a home to our specifications and liking is such an amazing feeling!
I can't wait for the building to commence and our design center choices to start becoming a reality!!
