In recent years, my family has celebrated Christmas over 3 days, beginning with Christmas Eve Eve on December 23rd.
This is when my brother and his family come over to my parents house for my mom's Polish Christmas Eve meal, Wigilia.
Wigilia is an extremely traditional meal that has significant meaning for everyone on my mom's side of the family, including myself.
I literally look forward to eating Christmas Eve Eve dinner all year long -- if I were to have a "last meal" this would be it!
